Only certain programs work

Hi,

I looked into the common problems, but I didn't see this one there, maybe I missed it.

My washing machine, a Hoover Dynamic Next, only starts when I select certain programs. Otherwise nothing happens when I press the start button after setting the program the dial.

Also the dial sometimes selects a program different to the one displayed on the diagram.

Do you think it's the dial? Or is it the PCB?

Hello. Is it cold fill only or hot and cold fill? Which cycles will work and which won't?

Thank you for the response! Cold fill only. It is kinda random which work and which don't. Also the dial seems to skip programs sometimes. So I select the daily 40 degrees program and the display shows that i've selected the adjacent program, dark colours.

I feel there's an electrical connection issue.
