Loud intermittent noise

My LG has started making a loud rubber grinding noise, even though it’s belt free that’s the best way I can describe it, it’s more on a full load, though not always and it’s very loud

its currently been washing for ten mins and nothing, but will start later in the cycle

i have a recording but can’t see how to add it here
