Brand new indesit washing machine not working

[Help!]

My brand new Indesit washing machine BWD71453WUK was installed, however when it was plugged in all the lights came on and just began to flash. No other buttons are operational and you cannot do anything with the machine. The only way to get it to stop is to unplug. 

 

Can any one help?

Hello there. I presume an engineer is coming to look at it by now? This is not normal behaviour and usually when all of the lights flash it's a sign that something's gone wrong with the software and hardware running the machine. This is not something you would expect on a new machine at all.
