Machine or display faulty ?

Hoover DXA48W3. Dynamic Next. Machine appears to work correctly (no error codes) but when a 59min wash is selected, part way through the cycle the temperature display drops to 20C for the remainder of the programme. Machine  3 years old. Cold fill.

Hello there. Does the washing machine otherwise appear to work okay and complete the cycle? What does it say about the 59 minute wash in the instruction manual? I'm just wondering if the wash cycle adjusts itself to ensure that it finishes within an hour.
