Hi my HVL 211 washer has rabidly flashing ON-OFF/DOOR LOCKED Led and Extra Rinse Led rapidly flashing. Manual says need technical assistance. Have tried selecting program and it just spins then stops. It did also trip out my electric. 

Any advice would be great.
