Bosch Error 43

[difficult]

I got Bosch and it showed error 43 on LCD. My wife googled it and rest it. Now machine will NOT spin. I opened the back to see if its belt is still on but its motor is not moving?

 

any suggestions please?

Hello there. I don't have any Bosch error codes going as high as 43. But if the motor is not running there could be many different causes unfortunately. My article here looks at all the different causes and gives general advice Washing machine drum not turning

YEs, I thinks problem is related to its motor. I opened its back lid and motor is not moving. I have no other means to test its motor. I  contacted with one guy on the phone. HE is asking £100.00 for its repair.

 

I am going to replace it the new one instead.
