Zanussi ZWF12070W1 won’t complete cycle

Hi. I have a Zanussi ZWF12070W1 which has been in the property since since before I moved in a couple of years ago. 

Recently my washing machine fails to complete a cycle, the start/pause button just seems to flash. 

I’ve tried cleaning out the filter but this hasn’t sorted the issue. 

I have tried the error code thing of holding down the start button and option button then turning the option wheel 9 turns click wise. This gives the error code x1 red x3 green. 

Please help. First baby is due soon so would like washer up and running!!!

Hello Harry. Sorry, all the Zanussi error codes I have are digital display codes like "E11". With faults like this sometimes observing where in the cycle the problem occurs can give a clue as to possible causes.
