Where to get parts. Model number not recognised

Hi all, im trying to fix the door of my black Hoover dynamic next 10kg. Its only a year old and just out of warranty. Call out etc is too expensive. The plastic inside the door that holds the door handle spring in place has snapped. I need a door or the part the surrounds the glass...

The model details are-

DXOA 610HCB/1-80.

I cant find the part anywhere online. Can anyone help please?

Try Ransom Spares and if it’s not there send in a parts request. If they can’t get one no one can.

Also try just entering the first part of the model number. That one looks too long. Or double check the model number on the rating sticker usually behind the door.

Its definitely the correct number, its on the sticker like you said and on the paperwork i have for the machine.
