Hi 

 The rubber seal on my Candy washer dryer GVW496T has come lose. 2 bands fell out, one which I believe is the inner retainer but the other, which is a spring all round and much smaller than the retainer, I had no idea what it is. Does anyone have any idea?

Yes the smaller spring retainer holds the door seal flange onto the rim of the door opening.
