Beko washing machine 9kg leaking left hand side

Please help,

my washer has started leaking on the left hand side , I have looked underneath and the water appears to be coming from near the drum and the concrete block, it looks like it's where the drum attaches to the concrete? there appears to be some silicone which has degraded ? I have attached pics any help will be greatly appreciated thanks in advance
