Hi.

This is my first post so be kind :)

I know there are a lot of posts already with the phrase 'my machine is noisy' but the symptoms I have don't seem to fit the 'normal' reasons.

On any spin the drum is vibrating A LOT. The movement is quite excessive 2cm or so. It looks and sounds massively out of balance.

I have checked the spider, changed the dampers, checked the top weight is secure (can't get to the front weight easily but that is my next check). The drum spins freely, no grinding or other mechanical noises to imply worn bearings. Checked for play in the drum by lifting the drum from inside and feeling for movement.

It's not that complicated. What am i missing!?!

Regards,
