hotpoint stop as soon as start rotating

Hi we have a hotpoint washing machine (model tbc) , it run with broken spring for a bit and then it started aborting the spinning cycle so we replaced the springs and "pistons" underneath  but now as soon as it starts rotating for couple of second it stops then tries again after few seconds and stops the program.

Do you guys have any idea ?

If the motor makes a gratering or crackling noise when the drum rotates worn carbon brushes could be the cause but it could be too many things from that description.
