Classixx 1200 Pump Cap Stuck

Hi

The pump cap on my Bosch Classixx 1200 Express is stuck: I tried to use a mole-wrench to open it, but the plastic handle has started to break up. Do you have any suggestions on how I might be able to open the cap ?

Hello. Sorry for late reply. I've been having technical problems after moving the forums to a new server. I have an article here that explains about how to remove the pump filter and there is a section about what to do if the filter is stuck and won't unscrew or come out. It can be cause by an obstruction inside.
