Beko adding water at the end of the cycle

We have a beko wmb 81641 lc

At the end of the cycle after the spin it adds water to the drum, drains some. Adds water, drains some and adds water again.

It adds more than it drains which leaves water in the bottom of the machine and the clothes wet.

Why is it adding water after the spin cycle and all the water is drained?
