Indesit IWC6105, What do the flashing lights mean?

we have an indesit washing machine IWC6105, unsure how old it is. all the lights on the top row are flashing green and the start/pause light is flashing amber. The only other lights that are on are the spin and the drain lights which are a solid green light. I have tried unplugging the washing machine and waiting then turning it back on but nothing seems to work. Any ideas what the problem could be please? thanks!

When all lights flash that's something that's not supposed to happen so something might have gone wrong with the software or the PCB / Display panel
