Hi there 

Have this machine for over 5 years  and its had  a hard life washing for 5 :D lately my partner has said to me this error 16 comes up sometimes during the wash cycle or just after she starts a program

 Just curious as to what this could be  as i cant see anything in the manual referring to e-16

 

Much appreciated for any help or guidance prior to contacting the local repair guy
