BECO WM5120 frozen

Hi, got a BECO WM5120w and it starts cycle, fills with water then stops, door is locked. 

 

Start/pause light is on, quick wash light is on and wash light is on. 

Can see some water in the bowl but can't cancel the wash and won't drain.

 

any ideas?

It could be many different faults. Try draining out the water manually then try it on spin to see what it does with no water in.
