Stuck with 1 min remaining

Hi all I have a siemans iq300 washingle machine. If I use any other programme than the 15 min one .the machine just continues on its rise cycle .with 1 min showing .model number iq300   wm12p360gb/03 

Using the 15 min programme it's fine 

There's no error codes .I've done a reset many times makes no difference. I've cleaned out the pump .any ideas .thanks tony

Try searching Google for - reset zanussi washing machine to see if you can find how to reset yours. It's not guaranteed to fix anything but has been known to work so worth a try.

Hi .thanks I have tried that but no luck .I've resurched it .may be the heating element.
