Programs not working in my beko

Hi can you help, I have a beko wm61221 w 

Washing machine, it's not 2 yrs old yet and has gone from working fine, to the cotton programe not working then gradually over a week none of the programs working, it was starting with a squirt of water then a delay, then straight to end as if it's washed the load , but now.It won't do that ,all of the lights are working , I can still spin and drain but that's it, I'd rather fix it my self if I can thanks in advance Mandy

It sounds like a possible problem taking in water. Washing machine won’t fill with water
