Hi guys, As above the machine seems to be stuck on drain. The pump continually runs even though there's no water left in the system. I've checked the filter and that's fine. I've tried the usual turning off at the wall but as soon as it's powered again and the door is shut it resumes running the pump. There's no error codes being displayed and programs can be started they just never actually start as it keeps draining. Anyone any ideas?

Insulation faults can cause strange behaviour. A pump running all the time could also be caused by pressure switch being stuck so the machine thinks it's overfilling. However, I would expect the washer to not take in any water if that was the case. I think an engineer is needed.
