Bosch washer dryer backlight on but not working

Hi i have a fault with my bosch washer dryer WVD2452SGB the backlight on the display lights up but none of lcd display is visible and none of the button lights come on. I have tried unplugging it for an hour then switching back on. I have pressed all the buttons and tried the dial on all settings but nothing works. I have removed the top and checked the connections. Is there any thing else i could try. Thanks for any help

It sounds like a possible fault on the display panel or a problem with its power supply. I would try to get a Bosch engineer or agent to it.
