Hoover DWTL610AIW3 serial number needed

Hi all..  Ive looked through the forum and it seems my problem is unique to me.. so please help..

 

I live in Spain, and have just bought a shop soiled Hoover DWTL610AIW3  washing machine which has built in wifi,

The shop that supplied it is giving me 2 year warranty, but cannot help with this problem,

Problem I have is that the machine does not have a serial number anywhere to be seen, and I cannot get access to the wifi app without a serial number.

We live off grid, so the power consumption part of the app was one of the reasons we bought it.  So the question is...

Is there any button combination that can display the serial number, or is there another sticker somewhere inside the machine ?..

Failing that is there anyway I can get a serial number that will aloow me to gain access to the app.

I would expect the shop who sold it to you to help. They've sold you an appliance, with specific features that you cannot use. Serial numbers for washing machines should be on or behind the door somewhere. I have heard of appliances sold with serial numbers removed. They should know where the serial number is supposed to be. If it has been removed for some reason I would ask them why, and ask for a discount for the lack of function. To be honest I can't think of any useful reason to connect a washing machine to the internet. What is the supposed advantage?
