supermaticjames Posted August 18, 2016 Posted August 18, 2016 Hi all,I know that this is an unorthodox topic but I'm a vintage appliance enthusiast and I'm looking for a couple of vintage Hotpoint washing machines from the 1970s for my display. In particular, I'm looking for a Hotpoint Liberator with the pink & purple controls and a purple door (models 1850, 1851, 1828, 1824, 1848, 1827). I'm also keen to find the very uncommon Hotpoint front loader with the square door (models 1600 or 1830). Other vintage washing machines such as Hoover Keymatics or Servis Selectronics are also of interest. For further information please do not hesitate to contact me via personal message or email. The condition of the machine is not really important and I'm happy to pay a reasonable price. I can arrange pick up from anywhere in the UK & Ireland. Many thanks!James
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp Posted August 18, 2016 Root Admin Posted August 18, 2016 I remember all those machines very well. They were well old when I last remember working on them in the early 90s. It would be great if you found any but hard to imagine any still around. Good luck. Need a repair or spare parts? Bryan Hotpoint Posted December 2, 2024 Posted December 2, 2024 It's just turned 47! Been retired over 10 years, but kept it for posterity. Whitegoodshelp 1
Birotor Posted April 12, 2025 Posted April 12, 2025 Hi, I assume it’s long gone or is it still looking for a good home? I have one if so!
