indesit moon turning on and off during cycle

hi i have recently accuried a moon washer during the cycle the drum is pausing the water pipes are shaking and all the front lights are turning on and off any advice helpful thanks

First thoughts are possible power supply problem. Try in a different wall socket first and check plug is ok. If it's not the wall socket it could be various things that would need a repairman to investigate.
