I had a leak from my washing machine so I it put it on its side to look for it and it looked like it was coming from somewhere near the filter. But after removing the filter unit I could find no signs of anything wrong. Then after some more looking I found a small hose has come lose. It connects the drainage pipe with the soap dispenser unit. Its the one that goes from the drainage pipe (there is like a small plastic tank near the top that one end of it is connected to) and the other end goes up to the soap dispenser unit. That end had come off. None of the ends have clips and also for some reason the hose went over the top of other hoses connecting to the soap dispenser unit and it looks like that made it tight and with vibrations it have come off.

While I was at it some water dripped into the electric of the setting/control unit so I will have to wait I guess until it is dry before I can use the machine again.

So while I'm waiting I want to remove the whole soap dispenser unit. It looks like once it's removed the top should come off and I could clean it. I've removed the soap drawer and undid 3 screws holding it but it's still not coming out. Any ideas how to remove it or maybe a link to a tutorial? Could not find anything online. Maybe because I don't know what that unit is called.

Thank you

SOLVED

That soap dispenser unit hast a little ear/handle thingy on its side that slots into the machines frame. I thought it would just pull out but it actually is clipped inside and has to be unclipped for it to come out. Then the whole thing just pulls out.
