Im a property maintenance engineer and ive been asked to attend a report of a IWME127 failing to complete its cycle.

When a wash is selected it will wash but fails to move on to spin and drain

But it will spin and drain when selected independently.

Ive not yet been to the appliance, but want to go in fully armed.

Can I also put this machine in test mode? ?

Any help is greatly received.

I am technically inclined.
