Transit packaging bolt removal?

Rate this topic

I have just bought a Bosch WAQ28462GB and the 'instruction' leaflet is very vague! I'm not sure if I'm supposed to remove the four bolts at the back of this washing machine machine, before I install it? There are four plastic caplet type things that look like they may fit, if the bolts are removed? I'm pretty confused, and frustrated with the pathetic 'instructions'! If some kind soul, would point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it. Kind regards, Louis.

Hello, before using a new washing machine you need to remove the transit packaging. Most washing machines use 4 bolts to secure the outer drum in place and stop it banging around and damaging things during transit.
