Beko Machine Fault

My machine has now stopped working.

I set a programme, the machine kicks in makes the right noises as if it's about to start and then just cuts off. The power and wash lights stay on but it won't reset or cancel no matter how long I keep my finger on the button.

It won't let me reset so can't get into test mode.

Anyone able to help??
