Indesit Wia121 Is Not Drying The Washing Properly

Hi, I would be grateful if anyone could help me please. My washing machine goes through the cycles (correctly I think), however when the wash finishes the washing is nowhere near dry, in fact it's soaking. You can hear that it goes into a spin cycle.

I took out the filter at the front of the machine and cleaned it, a lot of water drained away when I undid the filter, however it hasn't helped.

Hi, again

I have just done a wash and the water hasn't drained away, so the clothes are saturated again. I put it on the drain cycle without the washing and the water has now drained from the drum.
