Help! Servis Machine Fault!

Hello!

I have a Servis 1400 8kg AA - the lights are on and it sounds like it's going to start cycle but then doesn't start up??

It seems to start to fill with water and makes a sound as though starting up.

Any help greatly appreciated!!!

When it starts to fill with water what happens exactly? Does it just fill for a second or so and go dead, or does it fill up properly with water and then do nothing? If the later, it could be the motor not working.
