Instruction booklets for washing machines are difficult to get hold of. This is because there's no money in supplying them. Spares suppliers just don't bother because there are too many to stock and there's relatively little demand.

The best place to try is the actual washing machine manufacturer. Some manufacturers are very helpful, providing free downloadable instruction books / manuals, and others don't seem too interested.
