    I ordered a new set of bearings and seal for my LG WM-123111FD washing machine from buyspares. They are listed for the right model LG washing machine. But the seal I took out is much smaller so is the inside bearing. Looking on other web sites they seem to supply the same set of two bearings and seal for this model. How do I go about finding the right bearing and seal? I have pictures if anyone can help. I would have thought that specifying the model and serial number was sufficient to determine the correct part. Is there a service manual or parts list that would help?
