Hi all.. Ive looked through the forum and it seems my problem is unique to me.. so please help.. I live in Spain, and have just bought a shop soiled Hoover DWTL610AIW3 washing machine which has built in wifi, The shop that supplied it is giving me 2 year warranty, but cannot help with this problem, Problem I have is that the machine does not have a serial number anywhere to be seen, and I cannot get access to the wifi app without a serial number. We live off grid, so the power consumption part of the app was one of the reasons we bought it. So the question is... Is there any button combination that can display the serial number, or is there another sticker somewhere inside the machine ?.. Failing that is there anyway I can get a serial number that will aloow me to gain access to the app. Thanks in advance.
