I just bought a new Beko washing machine and there is a square plastic cover that needs to be installed underneath the machine in a square hole that is located under the motor. The instructions state "Rest the tabs of Cover A against the lower panel. Complete the assembly by rotating the cover." There does not seem to be any way to rotate it. The only way I could get it on is to push it straight on but then its a bit loose and will only go the opposite way to the instructions so must be wrong. Could anyone advise me how to put it on correctly.

Beko WMB714422 start/stop/pause button is just flashing and holding it down for at least the prescribed time (3sec) or longer is not resetting as suggested. Also turning off at the power does not help either. The timer display shows either 00:00 or 00:50 and the ‘e ‘ and only when on daily quick prog are any of the spin speed or temperature displays showing anything. Any thought people please

Hi there, My Beko washing machine stopped working after making a banging and rattling noise. I removed the back cover to investigate and found that the belt had partially come off the pulley. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the drum has excessive up-and-down movement and I touches bottom of the machine cover and by manually moving the drum it make rattling sound . When I move the drum, the bearing shifts significantly, which makes me suspect that the drum bearing is damaged and needs to be replaced. Could any experienced person advise if this is a DIY job for this specific model? Also, what tools would I need for the repair?
