tezb Posted November 16, 2025 Posted November 16, 2025 We have just bought a new Hoover H-Wash & Dry 350, i have removed all the transport bolts and done what is said in the manual. We have used the machine a few times but i had to pull the machine out from where it is to retrieve a toy our grandson rolled under the machine, to get it out i had to tip it back to pull out and from the bottom a large bit of foam fell out, now i dont know is this supposed to be somewhere or is this some form of packing that need to come out anyway. ???? I have attached a pic of this part to this thread. Can anyone tell me do i need this ??? if so where does it go ??? if not can i bin it ???? Many Thanks

Andy D Posted February 5 Posted February 5 Old post but worth a reply. This piece of polystyrenne was supposed to have been removed upon installation of the machine. Used to get this very often but on Bekos too- folks so keen to get "going" with their new possession / contraption that they didn`t read the installation sheet! To answer the question: remove it and discard.
