Samsung Wf0804W8N Won't Drain Water

Got a new washing machine - only it wont complete a full cycyle. Everytime i have to physically manually drain the machine using the emergency valve!!!

It spins ok but just doesnt drain.

Tried all sorts but there is no blockage as this is the first time that i have used it!!!

PLEASE HELP????
