Hello. Getting stuck at the end of the wash cycle is often caused by an open circuit heating element so that's the first thing to check to see if there are any connection issues or if the heating element is open circuit or not with a test metre. Regarding the blackening and sucked on the PCB that is very normal and is often mistaken for burning. If it wipes off, it's just attracted dirt and muck usually around resistors that get hot during operation.

If the heater isn’t working the program can stick for a long time and then jump to near the end and stick. I’m not sure you’d be able to order screws you might have to just find something similar.

Strange thing is when it gets to five minutes it sounds like it’s draining but doesn’t just keeps going round in circles
