Jim Curtis Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 Hi, I've just recently acquired a Hoover Performa 1100. Can anyboby tell me what this machine should do whilst drying? On both drying cycles the machine heats up but only seems to turn a couple of times each couple of minutes, so the clothes seems to come out full of steam and not fully dry. Should the dry cycle consist of the drum turning all the time whilst drying? Also does anyone know where I can obtain a free Hoover Performa 1100 manual (pdf etc) Thanks in advance. Jim Curtis
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp Posted January 3, 2007 Root Admin Posted January 3, 2007 It should turn occasionally, back and forth. Similarly to when washing. You could have a fault on it. Before calling someone out though, make sure you aren't overloading it as with most washer dryers you can only dry a smaller amount of laundry than you can wash. If it's not even drying small loads it could have a fault. I don't know if you've had a washer dryer before or not, but they take longer than a separate dryer too.
