Experience With Maytag?

Recommended Posts

I'm looking for a robust washer for a flat I'm renting out. They have them at Costco along with Whirlpools and seem to be the identical chassis.

My only experience with a whirlpool was with a cheap condenser tryer which was very badly made. The prorthole was on a magenitc catch and kept self opening during the dry. The retailer softened up after a county court summons. Are the more expensive models any better?

Cheers,

A

More expensive often just means more gadgets same rubbish

Is a more expensive washing machine a better washing machine?

The best washing machines, and by far the most robust are Miele but they start at over £600. However, in the long run they could be a lot cheaper than constantly having to replace rubbish machines. If you are forced to spend a lot less, I'd go for Bosch, which are cheap but reasonable.
