  1. I can move the drum so much by hand the the drum itself bangs against the metal case of the front of the machine, which is what the noise sounds like when running.
  2. Thank you. with the belt removed the drum spins no problems, nice and smooth. Pulley is not loose. No loose bolts that I can see. The legs underneath and the springs on top seem seated well and nothing looks out of place. I gave it a 1200 speed spin with nothing in it, and aside for some small vibrations at some point on the cycle it was fine. Loaded it up with one towel and it rocked so alarmingly that the drum started knocking onto the metalwork at the front causing the noise. So I'm confused. It didn't used to do this, so I assume something has changed, but nothing I can see.
  3. Any ideas? the banging only occurs at certain speeds in a range and the drum does not appear wobbly or make noise when I rotate it.
  4. Bosch Classixx 6 machine making banging noises but only on spin cycle at certain speeds. see video at: https://youtu.be/nBp3AMa9pkk I would like to know if anyone thinks it's the bearings, or something else.
