- We will send one our local fully qualified engineers out to you as soon as possible to repair your Hoover or Candy appliance and because our engineers carry parts on their vans we repair most products on the first visit
- We only use Hoover Genuine parts
- We guarantee our repairs for a full 12 months

* The plan protects you for the repair carried out on your appliance - plus a year's breakdown protection. If your appliance is successfully repaired but can't be repaired on subsequent visits, you will be given a replacement appliance free of charge. (all you'll need to pay is the delivery and installation charge)

Appliance under 5 Years old (Years 2-5)
Labour is charged at £110 (Eire €110) and any parts are supplied FREE of charge.
Appliance between 5 and 8 Years Old
Labour is charged at £119.96 (Eire €119.95) and any parts are supplied FREE of charge.
Appliance over 8 Years old
Labour is charged at £110 (Eire €110) and parts will be charged separately if used.
