I've read in a miele brochure that it's between 93 and 99 kilograms depending on the model.

I read on the Whitegoodshelp site that you should do a full load but leave a 3 or 4 inch gap at the top. That's what I do. My washing machine has a 6 kg capacity, but each load I do is about 5-5.5 kilograms when leaving a 3 or 4 inch gap at the top. Would you say that i'm doing about the right size load in each wash?

The wash time for 40 degrees on my ariston a1636 is 95 minutes (75 minutes using the rapid button) and a 60 degree wash takes 150 minutes (120 minutes when the rapid button is pressed).
