  2. Hi, Really need help here. I have a 9 year old LG washing machine, top load. The problem I am facing right now is that, the minute I turn on (pressing the On/Off) button, water starts flowing into the drum without me even selecting any type wash cycle of anything. And it will keep on flowing until spills over. The only way to stop the water from flowing is I turn off the electric supply or I pull the plug from the solenoid valve. I have replace both the solenoid valve and the pressure switch and the tubing that connects the pressure switch to the drum, but it's still the same. I am really lost.
