Engineer is flumoxed machine works perfectly ......with nothing in it !! it jams at 38 on a 30 degree wash then 14 on a quick 30 it basically will not spin . no fault codes coming up tried switching it on and off and had the weight thing replaced .....still the same ?? machine cost a lot of money so any ideas anayone
