I hope to get around that since for a middle-class laundry that is 9 years old, though not heavily used, this would mean "buy new one" for economical reasons. Well the motor works ... I think the tachometry might be slightly defect and cause an "unbalanced charge" misinterpretation by the logic. Eric.

Hello, I have a nicely running Zanussi T 1023 V. It has a spinning problem. Some observations - washing works fine - pumping works fine - when it comes to spinning, the initial back-and-forth cycle works, but when it should speed up, it breaks after 5 seconds and jumps to the next program part (pump again) this happens twice, then the spinning programs terminates witghout spinning. - this does not depend on load: empty machine behaves equally, even (a cruel test with disconnected belt (i.e. no vibrartion at all) the motor speeds only for a very short time before giving up. do you have any troubleshooting hints for me? thx, Eric
