So I have a Zanussi FLE 1416 about 2-3 years old. Changed to Surf Tablets a few weeks ago and everything was alright until 2 weeks ago. Basically, the stains aren't getting removed. I have changed back to the original powder, no change. I ran the machine with some vinegar in it to clear out the pipes, still no better. I ran the machine with a 3/4 load and still not right. I even added some OXI stuff and its no good still.

So, new machine required or can someone suggest something else to try. Any help appreciated.

I have two articles that cover some of the possible reasons why washing isn't getting cleaned properly. I hope they are of some help -

• Laundry (washing) isn't coming out clean (still dirty) or has marks on it (marks on clothes)
• You don’t just use one detergent do you?
